Papa and Grandma
Our week at Bethany Beach, Deleware, was quite an experience. We all were there except for the twins.
Papa got to do his favorite thing, well second favorite (his computer was at home!). Grandma, here with Morgan, got in lots of relaxing. Seven of the nine grands had lots of time to play together and have fun in the sun and sand.
It was great having Amielia and Trey with us for an extended period of time. We don't get to see them often enough now that they both are in middle school. Trey found a willing participant in Skylar for sand sculpture!
Frank and Morgan seemed to have more than their 3 kids when they said they were going to the beach!! We were really lucky to get a place right on the boardwalk, so they only had a short distance to cart all the kids and beach stuff. Ami, Logan and crew had the opportunity to spend time together, here on the deck. Frank often found himself with two little girls attached to his sides.
Gabriel, Lily, and Zoe
Skylar spent a lot of time spitting sea and sand out of her mouth, we did lots of crafts when the kids weren't on the beach, Sky and Gabriel play quietly in the livingroom.
Our days were pleasant. We had the experience of a hail storm to thrill the kids. The sounds of the sea lulled us to sleep. It was quite a wonderful time for us all.
