The original photograph was taken at Universal Studios in Florida.
 
Most of the examples use the default settings for the effect. However, I was not pleased with the black and white image that appears in the Black Pencil (as well as the Charcoal), so I duplicated the original, applied the pencil effect and then lowered the opacity of that layer to allow the color of the original to show through a little.
 
The Colored Chalk already had color, but I lowered the opacitiy a little to let the details show up a little better.
 
I played around with the Pencil settings quite a bit. The end result looks somewhat like an underwater image.
